Refund Policy

• A Glimpse of Elegance does not offer refunds. However, we will replace an item if received broken or defective. Please notify A Glimpse of Elegance within 24 hours of receiving your order at bettye@aglimpseofelegance.com. The item must be returned to us within 5 days of the initial request to return an  item.  Item  must be returned in original packaging.  If item is unavailable, you will receive a store credit. 

           Shipping Policy  

• Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order before it is shipped. 
• Once shipped a tracking number will be provided for your order, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. 
• A tracking number confirms that A Glimpse of Elegance has fulfilled as promised the delivery of your item (s), and thereafter becomes the responsibility of the Postal Service.
